I am a former general contractor, now working in the capacity of owner's representative, with clients in the Hamptons, NYC, Connecticut, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Santa Barbara, California, together with renowned architects, designers, and builders on the management and construction of custom home builds, renovations, and restorations.
My extensive background in the building and management of complex, single-family residential homes and properties affords me the unique ability to provide advisory services on the means and methods by which these projects are designed, permitted, estimated, constructed, finished, furnished, and maintained.
In the role of owner's representative, our team works to develop and manage the communication, finances, and scheduling expectations of the homeowner while ensuring the highest possible efficiency is achieved with all services throughout the entire scope of work.

In the role of property care advisor, our team offers to work with the homeowner and family services management to develop short and long-term maintenance goals, including all building and property maintenance services.

I began work during the summer of 1980 as a laborer in my father's general contracting company in Amagansett, New York.
My first set of tools? A broom, a flat shovel, and a bucket. The task I was given was to observe the trades, help when needed, and keep the work site clean, well organized, and safe.
The lesson I learned was respect for the trades, and by 1987, I was in charge of the company and understood the meaning of clear communication and fiduciary responsibility between my team, our valued subcontractors, suppliers, and our clients.
And during the years that followed, I came to understand what life in the Hamptons meant as a business owner working in one of the singularly most affluent communities in the United States.
Being offered work by some of the most demanding architects and designers on the basis of their high- and ultra-high-net-worth clientele afforded me a working education in the design, fit, and finish of world-class homes and properties.
I earned an education in the business of building and managing residential homes and properties.
During the last 10 years, I began an advisory practice in the development of residential builder's service departments in select national markets.
In 2020, I relocated with my family to Santa Barbara, where I continue to work with builders and homeowners in the advisory role of owner's representative and property manager on both coasts.
