As a 30 + year veteran of high end residential home building and property care, I have worked both as independent residential general contractor and as owners representative with clients in the Hamptons, NYC and Connecticut together with renowned architects, designers and vendors on the construction of new custom home builds and renovations.
Originally based in Southampton, New York, I now live in California and work bi-coastally with clients in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County and on the east coast solely as owners representative and property care advisor.

My extensive background in the development and building of high end custom homes, from cost estimating to site supervision of projects affords me the unique ability to evaluate the means and methods by which custom designed homes are constructed, finished and furnished and to communicate on behalf of the homeowners between all professional services and trades before and during construction for a mutually desired outcome.
Property Care Advisor: 365
As an efficiency expert in the field of residential home care, I work with homeowners to understand their long term operational needs for purposes of working with existing vendors or to source and evaluate vendors and by assisting 365 days year-round with communication between contractors, designers and maintenance vendors.
My work is the "Bridge" to the enjoyment of homeownership. The benchmark I follow is complete customer satisfaction, a philosophy that guides every decision I make.
Here are the "Nine" Home and Property Care Advisory Services:
- On-site advisor of existing maintenance vendors or by sourcing new vendors.
- Managing deliveries and installations by builders, contractors and decorators etc.
- Guidance and overseeing house staff including sourcing same if necessary.
- Guidance and overseeing of repairs including advance work with building and zoning and other agencies including follow on work to expedite and ensure certificates of compliance are provided and maintained.
- Guidance and development of bids by all vendors, management of quotes, contracts and invoices.
- Mediation of disputes for mutually beneficial resolution.
- Advisory management of the homeowners property during absences and or while in residence.
- Response to alarms, advisory services for inclement weather etc.
- Guidance and overseeing events including acquisition of municipal permits, managing temporary power, managing catering vendors access, sourcing parking assistance and parking solutions etc.
