As a veteran of high end residential home building, I have worked as a general contractor and owner's representative with clients in the Hamptons, NYC, Miami, areas of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Santa Barbara, California with renowned architects and designers on the construction of custom home builds and renovations.

My extensive background in the development and building of these homes affords me the ability to evaluate the means and methods by which all residential home projects are estimated, designed, constructed, finished, furnished and maintained. 

Owners Representation:

In the role of owner's representative, I manage the communication, finances and the overall construction process between all professional services for a mutually desired outcome on behalf of the homeowner. 

Property Care Advisor: 

As an efficiency expert in the field of residential home care, I work with homeowners to develop their long term operational needs either with existing vendors or to source and evaluate new vendors. 

This work includes the development and management of quotes, contracts and invoices and to ensure certificates of regulatory compliance are provided and maintained when necessary.
